With summer in full force sometimes we get off schedule a bit at home. I start the day earlier and forget about some of the day to day things that I usually accomplish when school is in session. Anyone else has that problem? Today I’m sharing the 5 healthy habits we’re trying to keep up on this summer!

Learn Something New Every Day
Just because school is out doesn’t mean the learning has to stop. We’ve been having the girls work in homework books daily and Piper constantly asks to do math problems and to read to us so we’re lucky there. As an adult, I’m still learning new things constantly and it’s my goal to learn something new every day.
Take Those Vitamins!
Taking vitamins can be so boring that we all simply forget but we found a perfect solution, Natrol Gummies! Now my kids ask to take their vitamins every morning! Natrol Gummies are made with organic ingredients, non-GMO, gelatin-free, vegetarian, made with 26 fruits and vegetables and free of artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, and preservatives. For our family, it is important that the vitamins we give our kids aren’t full of sweeteners or preservatives. We want them to grow up healthy and giving them daily vitamins helps in that journey. But Natrol Vitamins aren’t just for kids, they have vitamins for me and my husband too and our health is just as important as our children’s!
Want to try Natrol Gummies yourself, or for your kids? Look for the purple top at your local grocery store. Head HERE to learn more about Natrol Gummies.

Move Your Body
Get up and move! Whether its playing chase with the kids, riding bikes out front or doing yoga together. It makes you feel so much better to get a little exercise!
Eat More Fruits and Veggies
This time of year the farmers market is full of the freshest produce! Enjoy it! Challenge yourself to eat more fresh fruit and healthy vegetables.
Sleep More
A good day starts with a good night rest! This is something I personally struggle with, sleeping, it’s easier said than done with some people. Unfortunately, I’m one of those people. So I’ve been trying to go to bed a little earlier so the 5 times I wake up at night aren’t as harsh on my body. We’ve been working on getting the kids to bed earlier too which seems to make them much happier the next day and will be good once school is back in session mid-August. I put together some sleep tips for toddlers and adults here too!
What are your healthy habits? I’d love to hear some more ideas!
