A simple way for a neighborhood to come together yet remain apart during the Stay at Home or Shelter in Place order. If you haven’t seen the Bear Hunt yet, it’s simple! Put a Teddy Bear in the window for kids to search for while they walk, ride bikes, or even drive by. I can not tell you how much the Teddy Bears in windows have made my two daughters smile.

It’s pretty incredible how the community comes together in times of uncertainty. Daily walks and bike rides around the neighborhood have been the only thing keeping me and my family sane. Fresh air is a blessing I will never take for granted. If we were confined inside the house for this long I’d go crazy.
Stay at home doesn’t mean you can’t leave your house and enjoy the fresh air. Just stay a safe distance away from anyone you might encounter on the sidewalk.
It really is the little things, now I feel that more than ever.
