Have you ever seen those amazing over the top milkshakes with all the stuff in/on them that look absolutely delicious? I’ve always wanted to go somewhere that makes them but I live in a tiny town and haven’t had the chance yet. So I thought, why not try to make one myself? There’s nothing stopping me! I did tone it down a bit because I’d never be able to finish it otherwise.

Here’s how I made this over the top coffee milkshake using Chameleon Cold-Brew Concentrate. The best part besides how good it tastes? … it wasn’t hard at all!
Ingredients for a Coffee Milkshake
- 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup Ice
- 1/2 cup 2% Milk
- 1 cup Cameleon Cold-Brew Concentrate
- Whipped Cream
- Chocolate Chips
- Chocolate Chip Cookies (I used Gluten Free cookies I baked)
- Sprinkles – because sprinkles make everything better!
- Chocolate Sauce (optional)
Instructions
Melt chocolate in a microwave safe dish for 10 seconds at a time stirring every 10 seconds, until melted.
Dip rim of a glass into chocolate, spread chocolate with a spoon to evenly coat if needed, then poor on some sprinkles.
Blend 1 cup ice, vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup milk and 1 cup Cameleon Cold-Brew Concentrate until desired consistancey. Pour into glass.
Top with cookies, whipped cream, and additional sprinkles or chocolate sauce as desired.
That’s it! Easy, right?!
I’m relatively new to the “coffee game” compared to most. In all honesty, I never thought I’d drink coffee. My parents spent hours at the coffee shop in our little town on the weekends, drinking coffee. all. day. long. when I was young. My siblings and I called them “coffee yuppies” and swore off coffee, at least I did. It wasn’t until I had my second daughter, that I slowly started drinking coffee. Chasing two kids 2 and under was hard. Coffee was the one thing that kept me sane. Fast forward 4 years…and coffee is a daily thing. I wouldn’t call myself a coffee yuppie like my mom and dad but I definitely prefer to have a cup or 2 in the morning. And coffee-flavored desserts are so good!
When I discovered Cameleon Cold-Brew Concentrate I was amazed by how many different recipe ideas they have one their website. Who knew coffee was so versatile in drinks, treats, and even some entrees? They have 22 entire pages of recipes!
