Today I’m sharing a super easy recipe your toddler can make! Yogurt Bark. I know it’s not just me when I say I have the pickiest eaters!
My daughters used to eat anything I put on their plates. Now my 2-year-old only wants to eat what is on my plate (even if it’s the same exact thing I put on hers) and my 5-year-old likes nothing besides fruit and a couple vegetables. And they always prefer snacks over a full meal. Sound familiar?
A little trick I recently discovered is if they help make it they’re more likely to eat it!
So here’s a simple recipe your kids will be proud of and love to eat!
Yogurt Bark Recipe
2 Simple Ingredients:
Happy Baby or Happy Tot Yogurt in the flavor of your choice.
Fresh Fruit – Blueberries, Sliced Strawberries, and Raspberries
Supplies Needed:
Cookie Sheet
Parchment Paper
Freezer
Instructions:
Line the cookie sheet with parchment paper. Smear yogurt heavily on the parchment, let the kids drop the fruit on top of the yogurt and freeze for 40 minutes. Remove from parchment and break into pieces.
That’s it! your yogurt bark is ready and will make a perfect healthy snack or even breakfast! I told you it was easy enough for your kids to do! I’m sure they’ll love it as much as mine did.
Why Choose Happy Family Yogurt?
Maybe you’re asking why you should choose Happy Baby + Happy Tot yogurt for your kids? Here’s my opinion, first off its made without any added sweeteners, that’s huge! Most yogurt is packed with extra sweeteners of some kind. It tastes good! My picky eaters love the yogurt pouches, also a mom win, pouches are a lot less messy than a yogurt cup! All products from Happy Family are USDA Organic, pesticides definitely scare me after hearing a story on NPR so I’ve been trying to buy more organic foods. They add Probiotics which are great for the digestive system and it is made with Whole Milk Yogurt with Vitamin D and full of essential vitamins needed for a healthy lifestyle.

April 4, 2018 at 12:37 pmMy children eat the yogurt squeeze packs regularly as they are super convenient and less messy! I have never thought to make frozen yogurt with them. Pinning this great suggestion!
