Stitch Fix for KIDS!

Thank you Stitch Fix Kids for making this post possible, as always all opinions are my own.

I’m sure most of you have heard of Stitch Fix, right? But did you know they have an option for kids?

Stitch Fix now has an option for boys and girls sizes 2T-14 making life easier on busy moms and dads that need a little help with shopping.

Use this link for $50 off your box for a limited time!

Stitch Fix Kids sent Piper and Kenzie their very own boxes filled with summer clothes styled just for them and here’s what we thought. Opinions vary based on who’s it is between the 3 of us. I’ll start by saying my girls are two completely different people, each with their own personal style. I still can’t believe how different 2 girls from the same family can be!

Review Stitch Fix Kids

Piper’s Style

Piper dresses herself every morning and lets me have very little say in what she wears. I don’t bother shopping for her without her being there anymore because she has such a strong opinion. Luckily, most of the outfits she puts together are very fashionable. She’s got style in her blood. She’s 6 and a half.

If you haven’t tried Stitch Fix, they start by asking you questions about your personality, what you like to play at home, what you like and don’t like when it comes to your clothing, which items you need to update in your closet, your sizes and such. Then they send everything to complete an outfit from head to toe.

Here’s what we told them about Piper.

Piper loves to ride bikes, make arts and crafts, read, dance, play outside, and sing. She’s smart, thoughtful, kind, artistic, and curious.

Hates:

  • Shorts
  • Jeans
  • Anything itchy or uncomfortable
  • Sweaters/Sweatshirts without an open front
  • Brown & green
  • character clothing (that’s my addition because I can’t stand it, she, on the other hand, would probably love it?)

Loves:

  • leggings
  • boots
  • cozy anything
  • purple and black

Needs lightweight summer clothes that are comfortable. No jeans, shorts, or anything itchy.

Piper’s Stitch Fix Box:

Cutest Purple Unicorn Dress

Her: IN LOVE!!!! She wore this dress 2 times in one week already!

Me: IN LOVE!!!! It is the cutest dress ever! Even better in person.

Sister: Jealous she didn’t get one!

The shoes are really cute too!

Stitch Fix Kids 6 year old girls box

Her: Thinks it is beautiful and soooooo soft!

Me: It’s cute.

Girls Rainbow and cats top and pant set

Her: Loves the rainbows! Pants aren’t comfy enough, she’s picky remember?

Me: Not a fan. I can’t stand character type stuff.

Girls Embroidered Top from Stitch Fix Kids

Her: Not in love but likes the flowers.

Me: It’s darling a little big but she’ll grow into it.

Stitch Fix Kids what we thought

Her: She likes it!

Me: It’s darling! It’s a swimsuit coverup but could be cute as a tunic with leggings too.

*She received a swimsuit as well but it was too big to wear, the bottoms fall right off.

Her: She loves the sparkles on the skirt and thinks the shirt is cute too.

Me: I agree! If she’d wear shorts this top would be perfect with little black shorts too!

What we discovered Trying Stitch Fix Kids

Her: So comfy and fun to spin in!

Me: Very cute, but she’ll have to wear a swimsuit underneath because it is too big around the arms.

Piper’s box was perfect for her, aside from a few sizing issues. We both loved all the styles! Some of the brands in her box were TOMS, Habitual Girl, and Tommy Bahama.

Kenzie’s Style

Kenzie will wear pretty much anything as long as she can run in it. This kid doesn’t stop until she crashes or falls asleep. She’ll be 4 years old next month.

Here’s what we told them about Kenzie.

Kenzie loves to play outside, ride bikes, dance, play instruments, and cut pieces of paper into a million pieces. She’s confident, a daredevil, adventurous, chatty, outgoing, and one sassy little cutie.

Hates:

  • Anything itchy or uncomfortable
  • Brown
  • character clothing (again just not my choice)
  • spiders (like deathly afraid, so must make sure there are no spider pictures)

Loves:

  • pretty much everything

Needs lightweight summer clothes that are comfortable and made for playing.

Her: loves the POCKETS! 🙂

Me: LOVE LOVE LOVE

This dress fits Kenzie’s personality so well and it has pockets! For some reason, pockets are every toddler’s obsession. We BOTH love this style!

Her: “Can I wear it to school mommy?”

Me: “No, but it is perfect!”

Stitch Fix Play Clothes for kids

Her: “The shirt is so soft! I don’t like shorts anymore.”

Me: Both are cute easy to play in clothes. She’ll like shorts again tomorrow.

Stitch Fix Kids box for 3 year old Girl

Her: The shirt is itchy inside. (It is a little rough but we’re hoping it softens up in the wash)

Me: Easy style for school and around the house. The shirt has really cute details.

Stitch Fix Kids Box for 4 year old girl

Her: Polka Dots!

Me: Cute. Super soft shirt. Nothing too special.

Kenzie got a great assortment of clothes to play in! I would have liked fewer pairs of shorts and more variation in the tops but everything is cute. They are all comfy and fit her personality very well. Some of the brands in Kenzie’s box include Tommy Bahama, TOMS, Taylor Vintage, and rumi & ryder.

I’d definitely try Stitch Fix Kids again when I’m running low on time!
