When I found out I was pregnant with another girl I wasn’t planning on having a baby shower but my dad’s amazing wife, Susan, good friend Danielle and my sister Cori all graciously offered to host a shower for me. Still wanting to celebrate this magical time and precious baby to be, we decided on a smaller celebration…hence the sprinkle! A sprinkle is a less formal and lighter shower a with no pressure to purchase gifts off a registry or at all for that matter.
The party ended up beautiful! I am still in awe from how adorable everything was. The theme was “sprinkles” candy sprinkles on cupcakes & cakes and sprinkles in the form of droplets of rain with cute parasols made the theme come together quite well. Everything was very girly and pink! The hosts planned a beautiful light lunch with delicious desserts. My sweet tooth is terrible, but I love it!
It really was a perfect day that I will always remember. Little girls were included which made the atmosphere a little more laid back and fun. Piper loved being involved and helping open gifts for her baby sister, she even got a gift from “baby sister” and one from Kolton making her feel very special.
I am so lucky to have so many friends and family in my life that are as excited as I am to meet our new baby girl! I am truly grateful for each and everyone of them!
