S’mores Charcuterie Board

The weather outside is getting colder, rainy days are on their way. The perfect excuse to make a special treat! I put together this fun S’mores charcuterie board for a little extra holiday cheer after school.

We’re on another stay at home order here in California and the girls have been so sad they haven’t been able to play with their friends and cousins. I can’t lie, I’m right there with them. Being stuck at home for so long is grueling. Anyway, we’ve been doing our best to make the most out of being home together. This S’mores charcuterie board was a hit! It would be perfect for a little get together, date night in, or like we did, an after school treat.

Have you seen these fire logs before? My sister-in-law gifted Pat a S’more kit for Father’s Day one year, it included a fire log, chocolate, marshmallows, graham crackers, and sticks to roast the marshmallows. It was the cutest idea! I’ve borrowed her idea a few times as gifts for friends.

I went a little over the top, my kids never get this much sugar making it an extra special treat!

Here’s what we used:

  • Gingerbread Cookies with Chocolate backs (found at Raley’s Nob Hill)
  • Mint Chocolate Barc
  • Thin Reeses Cups
  • Peppermint Milano Cookie Slices
  • Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt and Roasted Almonds
  • Raspberries
  • Graham Crackers
  • An assortment of marshmallows
    • Traditional Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
    • Hot Chocolate Marshmallow Toppers
    • MelvilleMini Snow Flakes Marshmallows
  • Fresh Raspberries to break up the sugar a bit. Fresh fruit always tastes amazing with chocolate!
