My girls are 3 and almost-6 years old, and they both jumped up and down when they saw their new “horse” show up at the front door! Definitely a perfect alternative to the real live horse they’ve been asking for!

Driving:

The Disney Princess Horse and Carriage is easy enough for a three-year-old to drive, using a pedal accelerator, it glides on caster wheels and turns as the carriage is steered. A simple switch determines if you go forward or in reverse.

Working Doors and Glove Box:

The doors open and close for easy entry and exiting, if only it was this easy to convince the girls to take turns! There is also a large compartment they can store all the things they always carry around with them. For my girls its snacks and some small doll or toy car.

Assembly:

Sometimes ride-on toys aren’t the easiest to assemble but this was thankfully not the case here. I put it together in less than 10 minutes. The hard part was waiting for it to charge up, so the girls could ride it! If you decide to purchase the Disney Princess Horse and Carriage as a gift this year, don’t forget to charge it before you gift it!

 

Storage:

If you’re worried about storage, the horse does fold up, so it can be stored in a smaller space while not in use.
