Our family just bought our very first house in November! We spent a year looking for the perfect place to call home. Mountain House is a new home community just 5 miles from Tracy.

We went to tour over the weekend, and I was so impressed! The attention to detail is amazing with the most beautiful kitchens and bathrooms! There are three new neighborhoods and they were debuting10 new model homes. The models are gorgeous! I loved the spacious floorplans and attention to detail in each and every one.

Floorplans range in size from 2,551 to 3,053 square feet with four to five bedrooms.

Savannah II homes feature three to four bedrooms up to 2,324 square feet with large lofts and beautiful great rooms on the first floor. I got some serious playroom ideas from viewing these properties.

Floorplans are spacious in the Wellington homes, from 3,160 to 3,590 square feet. And there are three to seven bedrooms! These homes are beautiful and perfect for entertaining. The. Kitchens. Are. Perfection. I could be completely happy in one of these homes; they’re absolute stunners.
